People globally will have the opportunity to nominate their favorite vendors from the global South Asian Wedding Industry. The criteria for nominating a vendor include aesthetics, originality of work, professionalism and overall quality. An effort to maintain genuinety in nominations is appreciated. Nominations should be completed via our website.

Onboarding
Once a vendor is nominated, they will move on to the onboarding phase, during which time, the Samyukta team will check accuracy of details provided for each nominee, before uploading their profiles for public voting on our website

Voting
Nominees will enter into the voting process and in this phase, they will be listed under their corresponding categories. Nominees will have a voting link, which they will be able to share online, in order to garner public votes. Each person will be able to vote once every hour, for a maximum of 24 votes per day, per category.

Results
Post deadline, the top 5 nominees will be announced on our website and will be invited to attend the award show, set to take place on March 1st, 2020 in Toronto, Canada. The official winner will be announced at the award show.
