* Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Samyukta.
* Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
* Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods & Services from Us.
* Service refers to the Website.
* Website refers to Samyukta, accessible from

* You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order without any penalty prior to the issuance of the Invitation Letter without giving any reason for doing so.
Gold (Guest) Packages cannot be cancelled or refunded after issuance of the Invitation Letter.
The rest of Packages including Exhibitor Booths and Special Packages can be cancelled or refunded with the penalty of 30% before taxes after issuance of the Invitation Letter.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the confirmation from Samyukta.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods and Services. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods & Services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
* The Goods & Services were purchased in the last 7 days
The following Goods & Services cannot be returned:
* Sponsorship Packages
* Gold (Guest Packages)
* Fashion Show Vendor Package
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Good & Services that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods & Services may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods & Services on sale cannot be refunded.
Returning Goods & Services

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods and Services to Us. You should send the Goods & Services at the following email address:
Customer must return the invitation letter along with the refusal letter via an email at hello@samyuktaweddingshow.com
We cannot be held responsible for Goods and Services lost in return via email.
We are unable to issue a refund without both invitation and refusal letters.
Penalty & Other Charges:
30% Penalty will be applied for most of the Returning Goods & Services. There is no EXCEPTION.
